Therapy is a process of developing increased self-awareness to promote growth and healing, and I am deeply committed to holding space for individuals to heal, explore, and connect to their true selves. Therapy works best when it is collaborative, which is why I weave various treatment modalities into my approach, including psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, and EMDR. In individual therapy, we start where you want to start. You are the expert on your life, and therapy works best as a collaborative process between the therapist and client.
