Seeking therapy is less about ‘fixing’ ourselves and more about learning to acknowledge our discomfort. This is so we can unlock barriers that may be getting in the way of living the life we want. We learn to give ourselves permission to heal and grow because we are worth it, though we do not always believe this. Whether you are navigating shame and self-judgement, the effects of trauma, grief & loss, anxiety or depression, or craving a deeper connection with yourself and others, my therapy style is that of a deep commitment to holding space for you to explore, and when you feel ready, heal discomfort and connect to your true self.
